Taking the role of a 19th century eastern newspaper reporter, students will learn about the factors leading to the formation of the NWMP, the difficulty of their grueling trek west 
and how effective the new Force was in accomplishing its mission of establishing and maintaining law and order. Student will use a number of primary source documents in this program.
